Excellent I was a victim of domestic violence they gave me cash assistance to move I had to just give them the information to the place I was moving to and they paid first month last month and deposit while I waited for the process they gave me gas cards and even helped me with food and with getting my electricity powered on in my new location Susan helped me she and the rest of the crew are amazing 👏 Thank you all so much for your help

If you are a victim don’t depend on them for help they did nothing to help me, I had to move they lied and told me they will help me never did I have left messages for my advocate to contact me back and never heard anything.

They saved my life years ago.

This place is not people friendly at all, no empathy, does not care for the community, does not show compassion, not informative at all. I call this place and ask for information for help my daughter to obtain resources services as a rap victim and counseling, and for some one to do a citizens check via councel services, I know their are new mental health laws in Florida, and the receptionist was very aggressively disrespectful, place me on hold, I called back and she just pick up the phone and act as if the call was accidentally a died call. These people are not professionals, and should not be working for the county.
