You would think the name MERCY MINISTRIES AND SUPPORT SERVICES would mean something. When I say they are so rude they are rude.. the lady flat out said I have the funds but i am not helping you. i was a little shocked and confused at the same time. she gave her reason and it was really a horrible one.. then proceeded to say what the person should be doing and why. thsi person never asks any of these places for help at all. and this is why!!!! last time they asked for any kind of assistance was in 2005 that says alot.. she talked to the person like they were a drug addict or a low life... no matter what a person is walking like at the moment doesnt give them the right to speak to anyone the way she did. She truly made the person feel horrible, mind you the person has a family who works hard for what they have and fell into a pickle and needed some help this time and she was disgusting in her responses. an organization like this is disheartening to hear them speak to others this way... she reminded me of those nasty workers in New York!!!! I will never forget those words I heard I have the funds but I am not helping you, because what happens next month. I heard the lady say but if i get the help this month it puts me ahead for next month because im not trying to come up with double the money.... i will remind myself that if i ever need help i wont go to them.... if i could have given ZERO stars i would have
Update: for them saying they have no real of calling and they are not the same… I have the absolute correct business in fact the lady in the phone told me you called already and I said no I called mercy ministries and she said that’s us too.. I said but I called Jacksonville she said the calls go to college drive.

I would gladly recommend to others the Services that Mercy Support is able to offer. With my experience, the Case worker Mrs. Brandi Tuck was kind and respectful. She returned my callback in a timely manner. She listened and understood my needs. And she done her best to Satisfy me with Assistance. I am very Thankful for her Help and Mercy Support services. 😊

Very nice people. My lights was going to be turned off the next day when I spoke to Brandi. I emailed her my information later that afternoon. Because I want at home when I spoke to her. So, she didn't receive my information until after 5. All they asked for was a copy of my light bill a copy of my driver's license and the last 4 of my Social. Easy Peasy! I will definitely use them again if I need to. Definitely recommend them.
