These people took all my information, everything was ok and then they text me with requests for more and more needless info less than 2 weeks before my scheduled surgery. This organization has scammed me Into believing they were going to help and now no one has the decency to answer the phone or call me back. Less than zero stars.

Obviously we reached out to the company for help due to medical hardship. Though we requested late afternoon flights on the return trip to prevent extreme hardship and duress in trying to get to the airport, we were given a 7 am flight out of DFW now forcing us to leave our hotel at 4 am. Because of the 7am flight out of Dallas, my daughter now has to miss a specialists appointment that day which was set for 9am. As medical appointments are the reason for the trip this is just unacceptable. I was advised that I had to give appointments times/dates to April/Stephanie within 10 days of travel. On the 14th day prior to travel, 4 days early, April forced me to give her my desired arrival/departure preferences though I told her I had one more appointment to schedule. I asked for one more day to schedule the final appointment to which she refused. April then, even though I requested an afternoon flight out of DFW to give sufficient time to attend the final appointment and get to the airport on time, we were given the 7 am flight causing missed appointment and dire hardship trying to get to the airport at 4 am. I contacted the CEO and begged for a flight change to a later flight on the DFW departure and he refused to due this only referring me back to the person who seemingly purposely set the flight at 7am. If I had been given one more day by April as requested and as allowed per the 10 day rule, I would have been able to make the final appointment preventing this entire issue. Instead she chose to rush me 4 days early and force me to take what we were given which totally messed up the medical appointments. The entire purpose of this agency is to help medically needy not create further hardship which was done in our case seemingly on purpose judging by the disrespectful, patronizing, critical email from April sent to the CEO about us. They charged us a $40 admin fee per ticket and whats worse...they did not even assign us seats on either flights!!! I am sure they receive money from donors and the government. I plan to contact the board members and governing entity.
