Paul Douglas Hale rated 1 3 months ago Frequently does not fill my renewed or newly prescribed medications on time, nor send my patient care for Breo, leaving it to me, while attempting to find work and care for myself and Civil Matters I am Mandated to Attend to on behalf of Others (Duty To Act Bench Ruling)
Did not tell me for eight (8) days I needed to access CVS or mail order for my medication(s).
I will not access CVS; they lost my prescriptions four (4) documented times, and, dispensed wrong dosing of a medication resulting in my illnesses of more then fifty (52) weeks;
I will not allow medications to be mailed to me for clear reason(s), demonstrated publicly by the Post Office and Shippers
I have paid $5.00 co-pay for my already dispensed medications, including Duloxene and Wixela.
Breo and Wixela are not compatable;
I have been judged on my appearance by professional staff; I can not iron due to documented hand and arm injuries,
I have been denied referrals resulting in denial and denial of surgeries and continuing care(s).
Failed to offer Communion when requested;
I do not enjoy having my private parts looked at by an effeminate male Mercy Care employee, nor another’s eyes rolled at me with clear disgust on his face, merely for appearing at Mercy Care.
I will not tolerate homosexual male employees engaging in non-Christian conducts.
I worked in hands on Infectious Diseases, including homosexual patients experiencing end stage AIDS related diseases whom never glared, transported EMS patients to Saint Joseph’s, my Great-Grand Father Professionally Cared for by Our Lady of Lourdes.
I Am A Documented Christian, and a Health Sciences Degreed Homeless Resources Counselor for two Atlanta Churches.
My conduct at Mercy Care is always stellar and on and off camera
Separately, Anthem claims Mercy Care:
“Did not send their tax number to us resulting on non-payments.”
“Mercy Care does not have that / those providers,” paid and volunteer M.D.’s D.O.’s, PA’s NP’s
I am owed $15.00 by Mercy Care for over pay of my co-pay, required to obtain my daily medication not having would result in Extremely Severe Non-Narcotic Withdrawl Signs and Most Severe Pain described on the McGill Pain Scale.
Thank you for hiring straight Christian employees in light of Our Creator Wedding Adam and Eve and Sending The Man Jesus to The Wedding Feast; volunteers and for hiring Human Beings Over Fifty-Five for Front Office / Reception Area Positions. |
Fatima Bennett rated 3 10 months ago First time going was Tuesday and I really enjoyed them, they were very nice, clean! No complaints. So today I received a missed call from them so I'm trying to call back. The system directs you to press 2 to speak with the nurse, puts you on hold and transfers you to scheduling who tells you how you can't be transferred! So after calling multiple times and being on hold for over 20 minutes I get gloria, not the happiest person in the office. So I hang up and call back on hold for longer boom gloria again so now I'm frustrated because she doesn't even try to act like she cares enough to do anything just call back. Baby I have a job to that I'm currently clocked out of because I'm trying to see what y'all want. She hangs up in the middle of me asking her what to do because to keep calling isn't it. Very rude and for someone who works customer service as well you obviously could care less about your job and the importance of your position! |
Imani Scott rated 1 12 months ago If I could give less than no stars I would. I called the first time to just ask if this clinic accepted walk-ins. Claudia seemed bothered at the fact that I chose the make an appointment prompt so I notified her that I did want to make an appointment but I wanted to ask if walk-ins were accepted because I would like to be seen sooner if possible. She hung up on me. I called back and once again she said I was speaking to Claudia and I asked her why was she being rude and hanging up for just a simple question. I told her that I already didn’t feel well and asked was that the type of service I would received once I arrived for my check-in and she, yet again, Claudia hung up on me. |
AndreaG rated 4 4 years ago Went Here Earlier This Week & Was Seen By Dr.April & Nurse Yvette.... 1 Word....WONDERFUL!!! I Was Sooooo Nervous Because Of My Phobia Of Needles , But Through The Tears & Fear They Made Everything Sooooo Comfortable !! Also The Staff At The Front Desk Was Helpful & Cool . My Only Con Was The Wait Time...Appointment Was At 10:20 , Didnt Get Seen Until 1pm...& Dr.April Continously Apologized For That . Other Than That My Experience Was AMAZING & I Will Be Returning For All My Other Medical Needs ! |
