Mercer County Women’s Action & Resource Center (WARC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing support and services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault in rural North Dakota. The Center works to educate the public about all forms of domestic and sexual violence, available services, and violence prevention with the ultimate goal of eliminating violence in our society.​
