You all pick and choose who you want to help. I guess you all are helping YOUR families instead. I've never received assistance from MIFA and just needed a little assistance and you all immediately denied my application when I submitted valid documents for rental assistance. Poor poor service Memphis. But you all always want citizens to donate!! Why, so you all can help who you choose too.This is such a JOKE!!

Security rude and receptionist. I was trying to get assistance which im not a repeater so I don't know what to do. I was told I had to complete an application online but I also ride a bike and I was told I could not sit in the chairs on the inside to complete it on my phone. I was told I had to leave in 98° weather.
