Had a baby, and really need help with my rent, I've been denied 3 times

Contacted regarding MLGW. said my car exploded and I lost my father beginning of the year. Said this is the first time in 12 years that I've been able to live in a home. Said my bill was outrageous additional $100 more than my bill last month. Said I was trying to prevent having debt issues just wanted to take $40 off my bill to help me out. Lady said without disconnect notice nothing mifa will do. I said that's strange. I need preventative care support which is what I heard was offered by MIFA for people in need. She hung up on me. Imo I will never donate a dime to MIFA and I will tarnish their name every chance I get. It's basically a fake business solicitation. Business claims to offer aid and support to citizens in need. Lies.

I noticed that MIFA did NOT comment on very many negative reviews yet they managed to reply to the good ones. That alone goes to show they aren't in this to help the under privileged and poor. They are Bias.

I Got To Find A Way To Report Yall To The News Because Its Sad I Had To Call Over 20 Times Within 8 Months To Get Assistance From Yall. Yes Ive Been In The Program Before But The Fact That Yall Really Didnt Help The First Time Nor Want To Help This Time Is SAD. Ive Been Homeless w My Child For Over 6 Months & MIFA A PLACE THAT IS SUPPOSED TO HELP DENIES ME AND GIVE ME THE RUN AROUND EVERY TIME. I WISH THE PEOPLE WHO FIRST OWNED IT A COUPLE YEARS AGO STILL OWNED IT BECAUSE YALL ARE A DISGRACE TO MEMPHIS TENNESSEE ❕

I’m so Disappointed with MIFA Services! They told me they have no ROOM FOR ME & my son on 10/3/22 ... I’m Experiencing Domestic Violence as I explained to the Rep and it isn’t a JOKE as the Customer Service Rep of MIFA took my situation! I have been running trying to find a safe place for me & my infant son for 3 days now!
