They seem alright but really can't relate to, nor care to understand what it's like to be homeless. If you have somewhere to go occasionally, you may as well not go because technically "you don't need their help." So on nights you don't have a place to go, I guess your neighborhood Waffle House or an abandoned building will have to do.

The lady on the phone was so short with me very rude and I was seeking shelter for me and my son who has autism which was being abused in my current relationship I wanted to get away from Florida and relocate

My daughter was trying to find a shelter to help her and her daughter that had been abused by her bio dad. She came there 11pm and they turned her away. She was running seeking a safe place. Now she is in jail for kidnapping her daughter that she has coustody of... you should not of turned her away...could of been you looking for help....this happened on April 15,2023
