Unemployment know it is a hearing for I’d after sent them three copies of identification that is in downtown Boston mass do an id and all information they are claiming the way you showed it hearing bs wittier online bs they are still not satisfied you get away with doing this to people you will not get help from unemployment or any of these offices or unemployment don’t waste your gas money

This was my first year applying with them and it was very unprofessional ! I sent them everything that they needed for me to participate in their program , to find out a month after they emailed me saying that they didn’t have none of my information that I would have to send them it all over again after they had emailed a month ago saying that I was in the program and that I was all completed and set ! They seem to be losing everyone’s files after they moved !

This place is very unprofessional I’ve been with them for a few years now and when I try to apply again they didn’t have non of my documents on file and they have told me that they had lost my file and I had to resend everything over for them ! They always take forever to try to get in contact with anyone to get more information and help needed !!
