They don’t state the eligibility for their training programs, you have to make under $9500, or not working at all. I was told resumes are only viewed for 15 minutes once a month, on Tuesday. They offered me computer classes for Microsoft word which are once or twice a month and not at helpful or needed. I was ignored via email about if they offer job search assistance as stated on their website. Very disappointing after seeing so many flyers and ads about MassHire to find out they are not really helpful at all.

Had a wonderful meeting with Ana until we were interrupted by the head of the department (Neile) not sure how to spell her name but she’s an older oriental women about 5’2”, With grey hair and drives a Prius. She has a lack of respect for some ones time, talked down to her employees I front of non employees and never introduced herself then rudely stood I front of me while I was talking to one of her employees. I have come to realize her employees have to deal with her ignorance and us (the people)… so how could they do a good job when the head of department is belittling, rude and ignorant. I would cut the head of the snake and start over with new management with some sensitivity trading and better management skills.

My first time to go to this place very rude staff don’t know what they were doing! When I entered asking me if I need to do my Immigration paperwork. Are you kidding me?! I came here legally and I am a US citizen. Racist ! Especially the white guy very rude! They should ask me first why I was there for.Ridiculous!!!!
