She has a lack of respect for some ones time, talked down to her employees I front of non employees and never introduced herself then rudely stood I front of me while I was talking to one of her employees. I have come to realize her employees have to deal with her ignorance and us (the people)… so how could they do a good job when the head of department is belittling, rude and ignorant. I would cut the head of the snake and start over with new management with some sensitivity trading and better management skills.
