I haven't dealt with anyone else at this place besides this one job counselor, but I can surely say Suzanne is the most understanding, wonderful and helpful human being on the planet. She really is the best.

Another useless facility where the staff are rude and brush you off or just turn you away all together.

I went in to ask for paperwork to fill out for a hearing since I was denied benefits.i explained that I was not computer savy.i was told to sit at a terminal and log in, I again said I'm not computer savy. They told me that I was on my own Can't help you. Thank you department of unemployment assistance

People there are extremely helpful !
