I have had the worst customer service experience with this Center. I'm sad to hear from they canceled my infant baby's appointment & told me to wait for another 3 more months. They even don't care if she doesn't have her 4-month vaccination on time & extended it to her 7-month appointment. As a parent, I feel like they are negligent to my baby's life. No more at this center

Do not go here. They actually have very good doctors but their system is ridiculous. They do not give the patient a visit overview after you've seen your doctor - no paperwork detailing your health protocol, new Rx or any changes to your Rx. Nothing. You're just supposed to remember everything that the doctor told you.
If you have a question it is absolutely impossible to get in touch with your physician in any timely manner. If you call, someone takes your message and it gets forwarded to a messaging center before it gets to your doctor. If you use the patient portal communication isn't expedited as one would believe. The message does not go directly to your physician. It's a nightmare.
I just tried to contact Mary's Center Georgia Ave. NW location to express my dissatisfaction with having a referral that is useless. When I contact the referring doctor's office which Mary's Center gave to me - the referring physician does not see their referral. So I cannot make the appointment. This place is a nightmare. Do not bother wasting your time, especially when you do not feel well.
Oh! And when calling the Compliment and Complaint Line the message asks you to leave a detailed message but then you're placed on hold?! There isn't the option to "leave a detailed" message until after you're placed on hold for several minutes. It does not make any sense like everything else at this "medical" center. I don't know who the office managers are but they need to be let go or have to have comprehensive training because it is obvious that their entire system is flawed and badly.

Terrible front desk attendants.
they have about 5 locations but no appointments for sick children or any kind of appointments. You have to wait months to be seen.
