I only come here for dental. I travel all the way from Towson. Dr Calhoun makes my dental experience great every time. She’s great at her profession. The staff at the front are all nice as well.

This is one of the worst clinics you can ever go to for prenatal care!!! They schedule for a certain time and dont see you until a hour later. Not only that the communication they have between the MA and providers is weak and poor! There is no way in hell I should keep reminding my provider about something that should be on my chart already. I dont understand the point of asking the patient where do they wish to give birth at if they will pick the hospital for them. Since my first appointment I have expressed myself that my go to is Medstar not Howard. Those who live in DC for a long time know that Howard is one of the worst hospitals! The provider and coordinator told me that I will be delivering at Howard because “there is nothing they can do in less than 24hrs”. Its been a month now!!!! Talking about getting induced at Medstar that the provider or the coordinator didnt prepare themselves or were in top of their JOB is not the patients fault. These people are unorganized!!! Its useless for them to have that computer with them if every time I go i have to remind them what Im there for and what to go over. For all of that I can be a Dr as well. This place , just like howard should be the last option for people to get their health services at!!!! Straight trash!!

The service is terrible, they take too long to attend to me and without doing anything, I asked how long it would take to see me, she responded rudely that she was very busy. It's not the first time this has happened to me. The doctors and the pharmacists are excellent, but the secretaries are awful.
