The techs are okay at their work, and I was happy with the results of my hair coloring... but it still wasn't a nice experience. To start things off the chair was super uncomfortable, like it was leaning forward and didn't want me in it. I decided to just push through and showed her a picture of what I wanted and she got to work, when it came time for the color choice I confirmed I wanted what was in the picture. After she pointed at which color she'd go with I decided to pivot into a shinier less natural color... everything seemed to be going fine (except my hurt back) until I was about to pay and they decided it was super important that I know that in her opinion a more natural color would have looked better and that if I wanted red I should have said red? Like... the picture looked pretty red to me... and like the time to tell me which would be a better option is before you're done with the entire 3.5 hour long process... I said I was happy with it, don't second guess your customers preferences!

10/10 recommend. 👌They work with all types of hair, they do nails, and even wax! No appointment is necessary, but sometimes preffered depending on your needs.

Muy mal servicio nada profesional y todo sucio y a mi sobrino le quemó la cara. Very dissapointed in the job done. Completetly burned my nephews forhead not acceptable considering we paid 100 dollars,very dirty work space as well and bad service . Apart from that was upset my nephew complained that It hurt when she KNEW it was burning his forhead.if you dont know how to get the job done right dont even bother doing it to begin with.

Marisol, the owner is very professional and does the best hair coloring! She made me platinum blonde, she did it in several sessions to avoid damaging my hair. She really cares about her clients and is honest. Best hair stylist ever!

I came here to get my hair done in layers and the stylist didn’t even use water in my hair and she left the layers uneven and I asked for short layers but she did long ones but she curled it right after so that I wouldn’t notice but when I got home I noticed how uneven and bad they were. When I called to tell them they were so rude and didn’t want to refund my money.
