Called today to see if they had any apartments available and I guess Andria was having a bad day she huffed and slammed the phone down and hung up on me. Of course I called back and she said oh I kept saying hello (which by the way she never said) so I hung up. No ma’am you don’t get a pass today that was rude absolutely rude a yes or now would have been just fine.

These by far have been the worst apartments I have ever been in. For 1 I’ve been here for 9 months n still do not have a mailbox key. For 2 I’ve been waiting on my toilet to get looked at for about 3 weeks and they call and say I’m doing a follow up a follow up on what cause no one has came out here. For 3 I haven’t even been able to get into the gate. Than my microwave went out appliances falling apart this by far have been the worst. Can’t park in the apartments if your name not on the car even if you stay here. Have to walk to the park just so your car won’t get told after you can’t register anymore this is horrible I could go on and on DONT MOVE HERE!!!

My mother has been staying here for over seven years, Within the last two years the AC has not been cooling properly ,the supply air is only 78 degrees coming out of the supply vent of air conditioning ,the apartment is 82° and the temperature continues to rise ! each time someone comes out ,when they come out? They just add refrigerant or tell her it’s the thermostat ,really! how can an 80-year-old woman with respiratory health issues able to breath or sleep when the humidity is so high! Remember we live in Texas it’s always hot and humid but apparently This management and( Dish the owners)of this property is clearly violating the Clean Air Act of 1970 protocol knowingly That refrigerant is being disbursed into the atmosphere of the occupants and the atmosphere (EPA federal law violation?)
