DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY! Terrible managers Case Manager abusive, and show favoritism towards other staff! the do not have any empathy it is only about their EGO not a safe place ! Horribly managed, upper management provides little to no assistance towards staff shortages. No staff support. The group homes that attempting to establish will continue to bring distress to the communities due to the lack of management. UMPROFESSINAL

They help espanol with work permits an residency green cards etc for a resnoable fee

This company owns a group home in our neighborhood and we have had nothing but problems since it opened two months ago. We live on large spread out acre and a half lots and the kids have been caught numerous times trespassing on to peoples property. The cops are constantly being called to address the issues. We had one boy show up on our door step asking for us to call 911 because he was running away from there because the other kids were beating him up and he had the bruises and marks that proved it. The kids have threatened the neighbors with guns (one was arrested today for it) and verbal threats including “I’ll cut your throat”. The “youth mentors” as they are listed on the websites job board have no control over the house or the kids. It’s terrifying to have these people next to us.

The organization is a good place with the proper necessities. Staff over work, not enough staff on hand to provide the proper safety of clients and staff. Not enough resources for the clients. Need a nurse around the clock to support the clients medication requirements. Facility needs a great deal of exterior and interior work. The staff need a pay raise for the amount of work the staff have to do ( cook, clean, medication, and deal with the clients).
