The amount of unprofessionalism is baffling. Worst help I've ever received from a mental help facility. Currently changing providers. Do not waste your time here. They treat you like a number not a person and always miss filling your meds.

I've been a client here for a decade, miss one appointment (my old provider no longer works there)and now they say I'm a "new client" and they arent accepting new clients! I can't get a appointment with a new provider till July way to go helping people with mental health issues

I had a Case worker from LFS in name of shafiq he was racist he was helping just for pashton people from Afghanistan. When I signed the documents for him. After that he doesn't answer to my phone. And he said I am not anymore your case worker. Either LFS told to us we gonna help you up to 5 years and your case will be for 5 years with us. I hope LFS to change thier case workers. For good services try to get new people. Thank you very much.
