This place doesn’t answer the phone, and when they do they don’t give you helpful information. Incoming freshman who don’t understand or need some help understanding how everything works, don’t attend here. They are no help and randomly drop you out of classes. When you call nobody answers and they don’t get back to you even when you mark it as urgent.
Continuing on my review of this horrible college.. first few weeks of school and they don’t have working wifi or enough books for all of the students. Need to log into D2L while using campus wifi? Forget about it. Need a book for class during these first few weeks? Too bad. They don’t have any, and you will just have to wait until next week. I mean seriously? What are the students here paying for?

Professors are nice and helpful. Students are a little antisocial (think of it has highschool 2.0) but the college has really done a good job renovating the campus

My son had difficulties in establishing his Texas residency status. We had made three trips to the admissions office but never resolved it. Apparently the fact that my son is a US citizen was overlooked. Thankfully after meeting Ms Flores we were able to resolve the issue in under 30 minutes. Ms Flores was very attentive and helped my son every step of the way. Thank you for the good customer service.
