Georgina Jones rated 5 a year ago I use to live at living grace 2015 I was having twins my experience was great. I was able to get on feet. They provided resources my my kids I. Even when I moved out Stephanie has been a great help for me if I need anything she’s always there to provide her services. This is like a second family. My children loves to go visit the children in the second program at Sequoia.. I never regretted going to this program. They teach you a lot about life and give tough love to help you survive in this harsh world. If you choose this place make sure you don’t get caught in the drama and stay focused on getting your life together, because here you can do it if you meet them half way they will do the rest for you just have to want it bad enough. |
Kielee Thomas rated 5 a year ago I received so much support and encouragement at Living Grace during my time there and after I moved out. Living Grace Homes is a place of love and growth. The staff invested their time and love into me and my daughter. And I am forever grateful for that. I am not sure how many of these shelters exist but Living Grace is definitely the blueprint. PERIOD! |

Living Grace opened there arms to me and my daughter there’s so much love there. Thanks to Mrs. Kathleen Miller her wonderful daughter Mrs. Stephanie and there house mother Mrs. Angel I’ve learned the true meaning of being a mother a adult I’ve learned how to make the right choices and steps in life! Living Grace Is more than just a homeless shelter for pregnant woman they’re a blessing in disguise. Still till this day Living Grace Homes will always be family to me! Don’t ever think that because you leave Living Grace Homes that you’re alone they will always be there just how they have been for me. |
Freida Lynn Morris rated 5 4 years ago I read the posted living Grace Homes reviews today and I was stunned with several. I worked for the organization for over a year as the social worker. I had worked with the executive director at Life Line prior so full disclosure I knew her well before coming to Living Grace. If Kathleen gave anymore physically, emotionally, intellectually or spirituality each and everyday she physically wouldn't have the strength to start her car on the nights that she can leave to go home to her husband. Her adult children volunteer their time and skills on a regular basis. The residents at Living Grace are respected, genuinely cared for and about. I was the tough love staff person and even mean old Ms. Freida (myself) was reduced to tears on a couple of occasions as I witnessed the disrespect of some residents towards Kathleen, when they were clueless how she fought for them daily. Most of the residents thoroughly enjoyed their experience and stay in touch with Living Grace. You see once the girls leave living Grace Kathleen, Stephanie and volunteers help to furnish their apartments, Stephanie puts together food boxes and additional baby items and on her own limited "off" time, delivers to the girls homes, takes a quick inventory and if she notices anything they don't have yet need, she's on her never ending quests! Thank God for Living Grace, Kathleen her small staff and Huge heart!!! I left because I have complications from Cancer and I miss the girls, the baby's, staff and volunteers. I miss Kathleen for loving unconditionally and paying attention!!!!! |
