I received a letter in October 2022 stating they received my application and on the waitlist and gave me # I was on the waitlist. December 2022 received letter saying my name is removed for mail received as "undelivered" when I received the previous letter in October so now I can't reapply for another year. No contact by phone or anything. Makes no sense and so unfair.
