My last day at this office to see my therapist,I had to fill out the card like usual and then take it to the desk just for the guy working it to even talk to me like a normal person. The guy then kept telling the others who walked in that he could just take them there. That literally made me feel so discriminated against bc of the color of my skin. I speak English and literally born here just like everyone else.🙄

If you are uncomfortable with telehealth then I wouldn't recommend this office. My husband sees Edelyn Bishop and she is great, however, he received a call this morning about his appointment today. The choice was either reschedule or switch to telehealth. We choose to reschedule and then we're told there was a $48.00 late cancelation fee. Mind you we were not the reason he couldn't be seen in office today. Apparently that doesn't matter either he does telehealth or we pay to reschedule because the provider couldn't be in office today. Now he will spend the day having anxiety and stress over a telehealth visit because we can't pay an extra cancelation fee. It's all about money with the lifestance office.

TLDR: It has been 6 days since I’ve taken medicine I’ve been on for 6 months or more and I can’t get anyone to help me while my provider is on maternity leave. THIS FACILITY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU IF YOU’RE A PATIENT. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET YOUR MENTAL HEALTH NEEDS SO YOU DON’T FIND YOURSELF IN MY POSITION.
My provider is out on maternity leave and I have ran out of medicine since Wednesday. I’ve called daily to get Tasha or Tosha to send my prescription to the pharmacy but she gives me false hope daily.
Finally, Friday this past week, I was told they sent my prescription to the pharmacy but when I called the pharmacy to check, the pharmacist stated that he’d not review a prescription. So I called Tosha/Tasha back and she told me that it was sent to the wrong pharmacy. To add insult to injury, the pharmacy she sent it to did not have the medication. Tosha/Tasha told me she would work to figure it out and call me back. But as she’d forgot to call me back Wednesday and Thursday.
I was unable to get anyone to help me over the weekend because their answering service at the clinic told me that I could leave a message and the clinic would call me Monday. So I left a message. Now it’s Monday and I waited for a call until 11:30ish and then I called. I regurgitated everything to the lady that answered and she told me Tasha/Tosha is not at work today but she would send me to another person that could help. No one answered that line either so I left a message detailing my situation. So far it has been over an hour since my call and I’ve yet to get a call back. And I don’t trust that I will get a call back because of being told for 4 days that I would get a call back and no one ever called.
I honestly don’t know what else to do but try to find opportunities during work to call them back. I’ve not had the medicine I’ve been on for more than 6 months and mentally, I’m in a very bad situation. Please take heed to this and find a place that will truly care for you. I most definitely don’t feel they care about my situation at all.
