Heather Ward rated 1 2 weeks ago Not a very welcoming place at all. I went here for 14 years and was treated like I didn’t exist. The messages are not biblically sound, with everyone being told that they must speak in tongues or else they won’t have the Holy Spirit. The head pastor and his family are practically worshipped and treated like they can do no wrong. Their actions have negatively impacted many and there have been no reparations made. My dad, an atheist, was once brought to the front of the church and humiliated in front of a large crowd. My brother, who is on the autism spectrum, was laughed at and excluded in youth group. This church gaslights its members into believing that they are the only one with the answers. There is also a member of the worship team that has committed s*xual acts against a minor. This is a toxic place. It will not be a safe church until leadership has made amends with those that have been harmed. |
Terrie Talbert rated 1 3 months ago Beware. False teaching prophets - I was told not to gossip … right? Of coarse they don’t want you to bring up false teaching. Not gossip when it’s taught from the pulpit though had to pay for the special sessions to hear it … I’m so glad I did as I will not tolerate nor how I was treated.
I paid for their special weekend sessions with 2 so called prophets, Feb. of 2021, and one taught that Isaiah 34 says everyone should be married, therefore said everyone not married to stand up and those married place hands on them as he prayed for everyone to be married. NOT! Not what Isaiah 34 says, nor what Paul says in NT! The head pastor Brad had my husband and I meet in private so he could tear me down and tore down a pastor (Chuck Smith) whom he knew I highly respect (now with the LORD!). Seriously. Brad said Acts 17:11 (a favorite passage of Pastor Chuck Smith as he taught often so his hearers would check out what the Scripture says, and not just take his word as truth). Acts 17:11 Now these Jews were more noble than those in Thessalonica; they received the word with all eagerness, examining the Scriptures daily to see if these things were so. Brad said it doesn’t mean to check Scripture out to see if it is taught falsely. OH?
More went on than what I’ll say here but the above is what finally caused me to never want to return. |

Judah Bears rated 5 8 months ago This church is wonderful, the youth group is amazing and everyone is so nice. I love working the cafe and creating relationships with so many people. Pastor Brad is an amazing pastor and the youth pastor, Trenton Cargill is great too. This is also where the Gas Boys Podcast members go. |
Karma Flowers rated 3 9 months ago I have PTSD and cannot attend gatherings without my service dog.
I was told I cannot bring my dog into the sanctuary with me and I can't go without him so I cannot attend this church.
I really would have loved to so I asked for a reason.
I was told that my dog would make it unholy and that God is only for humans.
Therefore, I will make my own church in the woods, on a log surrounded by wildlife and my dog that God made.
It seemed like a good church.
On the positive side, there is a great group that gathers afterwards called the Found Group run by very caring people. They are awesome.
I am welcome there. You are welcome there. My dog is welcome there. 🙏🏾🥰❤️ |
