I spoke to them on the phone. I have a tenant landlord issue which they say they handle. But unfortunately they don't offer any kind of help unless you're being evicted. They don't do court cases and there was absolutely nothing they could do for me, ridiculous

Takes an extremely long time to get a response from attys, IF you get a response. Had a response from one and when I needed an urgent response they disappeared for months and didn't respond to vm,emails, or any other contact. Got a new atty and they were great for the first phone call. When the same urgent issue came up, they too disappeared and still, after 3 or 4 weeks have not responded to any type of contact. Court date coming up soon and I don't even know if they'll appear or what to do while I'm waiting. Tried to contact for 3 wks now by email, and vm but nothing. Spoke to receptionist and they were going to pass msg along but still haven't heard back.
