This place is aweful the lady claims she called my boyfriend and myself when really they are just lazy and never called she was very rude we have the conversations recorded they need to learn how to talk to people and be a little more kind....I realize they are here to help us but they wont my boy friend needs to get his daughter out of a really messed up situation and legal aid should help this poor little girl...I hope I don't have to file a formal complaint on them smh.

Called several times and left messages. Needing a divorce with safety in mind. Can't even get a call back. Was directed to this office.. Covid or not people lives are at hand. Otherwise we wouldn't seek out help. Other legal aid offices do call back within a day or 2. Just seems this location doesn't give to flips.

This non-profit organization is horrible. Per their verbal and written instructions, I sent all required information for filing a very important and time sensitive court document. They had agreed to help me complete forms and then file with the Collin County Court on behalf. The first few times I called to followup and was told they have everything they need and the attorney would reach out to me shortly. I even emailed reminders stating we have now passed the deadline. Again I was told not to worry. They never did file anything on my behalf nor did anyone reach out to me ever again. I just received a letter in the mail almost 2 months after the deadline had come and gone, stating "my case was now closed and they hoped I was pleased with their services"? Seriously?? Don't trust this organization to help when you really need it, much less care about their "clients".
