Terrible customer service and was no help in being of assistance in trying to get me help or point me in the right direction even though they said they don't help with the case I needed assistance with.

I would also give a zero if I could for this business. The person on the phone was rude and disrespectful, as well as condescending. So much for being an aid to members of the community. :(

I’m going through divorce with an individual that had been abusive in the past and has used the divorce to continue controlling and harassing behavior. I attempted to apply for help for a 4th time today and was told that “if there hasn’t been resent domestic violence, we are not taking on any other cases. Call back after the 1st of the year “. First, I assume this is a funding situation which would have been nice to be informed all of that from the first application so I can clearly understand what to do in the future. Second, that is an extremely vague statement. To keep people from racking their brains on calling back or not, in the future, do people a favor who are already mentally drained and struggling. Make a clear statement. If these specific things have not been done to you in the last specific time frame, we can not take your case at this time.
