Lazy. Nobody wants to help unless it’s with bullshit. For it to be illegal to have no hot water for months and everybody saying “oh you have water just not hot” IN THE MIDDLE OF FALL?!!!! Pathetic!!!

What’s the point in them receiving tax payers money to say they cannot do anything? This office needs to be investigated. This is RIDICULOUS. I can never get any sort of assistance here. If I could get it zero stars I would. What a waste of services. What a waste of the states money and MY taxpayer dollars.
