I’m very pleased with my husband and ours experience and recommend anyone who is searching for any type of immigration services to look into LAA. Our immigration lawyer Carissa Fair was hands down amazing and two steps ahead of everything . Very organized and professional and would even call and check in with us if the process was going slow from immigration services to reassure us she’s still focused and actively checking for updates or anything. Even the immigration officer was impressed with how prepared and how well she had everything organized and ready to go at the interview. Honestly could not have been in better hands.

I had an intake meeting scheduled with LAA that was rescheduled twice. After finally completing the intake, I was told I would need to wait to speak with Coordinated Entry, Odile Mendez, and that someone would follow up with me. That follow-up never happened. I have sent multiple emails and made several calls trying to reach Coordinated Entry and LAA, but I received no response. It has now been months, my situation is still the same, and it feels like nobody cares. The only help I received was a form to verify my situation, which on its own was not helpful. Overall, this experience has been extremely frustrating due to the lack of communication and follow-through.

This place here is awesome, I will like to thank the intake line, and especially the case worker Mrs Davis, she help me a single mother who just had a new born baby with rental assistance till I went back to work. She worked so fast my things were done within 2 weeks, this program helps all background, family, and community. Also to mention their resources and food pantry. I love the fact their support all language and their staff are super nice.
