The people in there don't ever seem to be on the same page , first it's you can be in school and receive childcare & then it's you have to be working from another person. I'm on leave for a month from work, PAID LEAVE at that & the case worker told me I won't qualify, & I can't just be in school that don't make any sense cause it's still a income. I don't believe this organization is in the business of helping people, because they make it especially hard for you to get that help.

Honestly I’d leave 0 stars I put 2 stars hoping more people will see the review. I Called at 10:30 am was 10th in que from the time I called to the time they closed at 5 they helped 8 people and their mailbox is full so theres no point in leaving a message. This is a service that is needed for working families they need to do a better job of getting to those seeking help. Also its 5:20 they’ve already closed and I am still in the que they havent bothered to notify the people that they are closed and they arent going to be taking your calls. This is terrible needs to be worked on. Hire more people or new people whatever it takes to be able to help more than 8 people a day.

Not only are these people being paid by the federal government to help veterans and families that really really need childcare they don't help anybody one minute they say we don't qualify & the next minute they say we didn't put in all the paperwork they are contradicting and I'm going to be reporting them do the government they should not be getting any funding if they cannot help actual people that need it.. don't even try unless you work. My husband is a hundred percent disabled I'm pretty disabled myself but these people do not care and they won't help anybody so don't try

Love them... Helping and caring people in needs you guys are the best
