I had to go two months ago to go retrieve some x-ray results and just because I was sick to my stomach, they put me in their COVID Clinic assuming I had that and sat me down next to a person. That person had COVID!!! I came out negative and they wanted me to make an appointment for another COVID test just because they are paranoid like that. This month I had to get blood work done and they didn't let me go for my copies, which I lost, because I wasn't cleared from their COVID clinic. Like, it's been 2 months!!! Plus I work and can't be in the clinic everyday. The lady that answered the phone, Mayra, I believe was really rude when I didn't want the times she provided to me and said that she had other people to attend and made me hold. I waited, but what made me upset is the tone she said it in. Like be nicer. Now, I have to look for another provider because their good service just went downhill really bad.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Percy she was very rude, she told me I only had two minutes to tell her my health problems. What is more, she didn’t listen to what I was telling her and she was very dismissive. She does not have any kind of empathy or patience, qualities that are essential in this field. Perhaps she should reconsider her profession.

Mediocre service. It’s not the clinic it used to be.

Dr.percy is super rude. In my most recent visit she was supposed to read me my results from lab and she got upset because I requested an interpretor to better understand what she was saying (in Spanish) and instead of making an effort of explaining to me, she gave me a stack of papers that she printed and told me "if you don't understand what I just said then read those papers that is what you have " I felt like I didn't matter and I told her that she was being very unprofessional and that I wanted to change doctors and she said "oh, you want to switch doctors? That's fine.go ahead and do that.no big deal " and walked away. I obviously reported hey to the clinic manager but honestly don't want anything to do with that clinic

Dr. Marie Denise Percy left her job post before completing her attention to my mother. She did not leave prescription ready or sent to the pharmacy. To top it off it is not the 1st time. Please do not take her service because she does not provide proper treatment.
