Absolutely terrible place this place is just collecting money for people they are absolutely terrible place to be I experienced domestic abuse while in their dv shelter. The staff doesn’t care about the people or domestic violence they are just collecting checks. I couldn’t recommend not coming here enough and if you do immediately try to find somewhere else to go.

Aside from there being great benefits and an above minimum wage compensation for work (which means no difference if you can’t get enough hours), I couldn’t recommend this company less- for both caregiving needs, and employment. Terrible communication between supervisors, clients, and caregivers leaves everyone frustrated. Texting client information encouraged (huge HIPPA violation) as well as smack talking them. Texts often get ignored if a supervisor just doesn’t feel the need to respond, but will demand your attention at the drop of a hat, even if you are in the middle of working with a client. Will provide training, however I was not trained until several months into working 1-1 with clients, which could have led to many dangerous situations.

Came home from nursing facility because kwa promised me caregivers 5 days a week, 9 to 5. Did not leave nursing facility until this was finally going to happen. Stayed there many additional months waiting for caregivers to become available. Then I was home with no help for 3 months before a caregiver showed up for 1 day. No one ever came again. I was forced to return to the nursing facility. Then they billed me for the entire month that someone had come out once. And the girl gave me covid after I had been so careful for 2 years. My condition suffered and deteriorated due to having no assistance for 3 months.
