My husband and I submitted our request and scheduled our consultation over a month ago. We were finally supposed to have that appointment and they did not call us. We have separately called them and asked "hey what happened we were not called but still would like to get scheduled and begin our process". The only response we have gotten is that they will "look into why we weren't called and call us back either same day or next day". They have yet to call us. Obviously super unorganized and if we are being treated this way before they have our money I can not even begin the roller coaster they would throw us on once they have it and do not communicate! Do yourself a favor and look else where.

I have been with Knotts Agency over 3 years. The staff has always been very professional and has made sure to help take care of any concerns I have ever had. They are always wanting to help make my experience with them is a great one and it has been.

I would like to take a moment to say how grateful I am to this agency not only are they very professional but the staff is very caring and supportive with positive energy. I see some of these negative remarks on the reviews and I would like u to know That it takes time you have to Have patience because it’s not the agency fault some of the backgrounds take longer than others we had to wait about six months. It was an a bad thing it was perfect timing and I think Knotts Family Agency for helping us with our placement.
