I am very pleased with,the Knotts Family Agency.I met the director Dr. Edward Mcfield. I also was introduced to Greg a RFSA. Dr.Mcfield and Greg were extremely professional.I look forward to becoming apart,of the Knotts Family Agency.

Hello has anyone ever had a child placed in their home through Knotts ? I’ve been approved for sometime after a lengthy process but every time I get a text message from the agency & I respond It’s radio silent, like the person who’s texting doesn’t even respond. I’m starting to feel like this agency doesn’t feel like I’m good enough but won’t say that. I want to know are kids even being Fostered through Knotts I can’t ask the agency these questions because they give me the runaround .I’m thinking about switching agencies. I wish I could’ve went through the county instead of Knotts Agency the process would’ve been better . So far I DON’T recommend It’s a headache and I still don’t have a kid/children in my home even after Months & Months & Months &Months of approval and county clearance.

Everyone I have spoken with has been very patient and willing to answer all of my questions. My first point of contact was with Gregery Williamson. Gregery made me feel welcomed and has been available to assist me promptly with any issues pertaining to the application process.

I would like to take a moment to say how grateful I am to this agency not only are they very professional but the staff is very caring and supportive with positive energy. I see some of these negative remarks on the reviews and I would like u to know That it takes time you have to Have patience because it’s not the agency fault some of the backgrounds take longer than others we had to wait about six months. It was an a bad thing it was perfect timing and I think Knotts Family Agency for helping us with our placement. So far our experience has been wonderful with the children and the staff I would like to give a shout out to Diana, Verónica, Mina, and Racquel for all the wonderful help and guidance during this procedure.
