I have been trying to get help for a few months now, and never get a callback. Unless it's from a supervisor, but still without a lawyer ....it's hard when you're already going through such a rough time, jumping through hoops and still getting no where! I'm not one to complain but I can't catch a break, even when there's resources for help, it seems near impossible to receive it!

Hope you don’t get Mrs Powell for any family law cases. My son is autistic and she refused to discuss how that would affect the case, mixed up case facts and for months took weeks to respond back as well as flake on calls she scheduled. She won’t take action in the case either. I am in process of filing a complaint because she abandoned me a month before pretrial because I called her out on her unethical behavior. Only had her license for 6 years and can’t even communicate properly. Attorneys are suppose to work for you not their own agenda. Wouldn’t even reassign my case to another lawyer. So now I’m screwed as a special needs mother. I also have undeniable proof of Mrs powells behavior so the fact that her incompetence has led my family to now not be able to be represented at all is unethical and discriminatory.
