I spoke to about 3 receptionist about my case I needed help with an they all said that they do help with that. Then after them telling me I would get a call back from Candace Hammons. I had to keep calling and leaving voicemails. She finally called 3 weeks after I first called. Then she tells me that they do not deal with estate cases. Very unprofessional the way she spoke to me on the phone. Like she was better then myself. I will never tell people to go here. I understand that it is free service, but that's a month that I wasted waiting on a call.

Thankful they are helping my disabled son. Everyone has been so nice and helpful except the secretary could use some manners. Proper etiquette should still be taught in schools. Maybe she was having a bad day. Hopefully, that's all it was.
