About This Service

Every month as part of our mission we give out approximately 2,500 boxes of nutritious food to residents of El Paso County. Those boxes go home to feed nearly 6,500 people, approximately one third of which are under 18 years of age.

Lots of cheerful helpful volunteers. I wish I could volunteer but am unable. UPDATE Yesterday, a frustrated volunteer made me feel bad by throwing a melon into a box meant for me. It is probably an aberration, but I think it needs to be mentioned. Maybe they need more volunteers to lessen interactive pressures.
