Called the 24 hour helpline to try and get some information for someone I’m trying to help ASAP as no one answered the regular line and spoke with a very rude woman after not even being on the call for 2 minutes I had decided that if they where gonna speak to me this way under no circumstances would I chance getting the person I’m helping to call. I asked simple questions and was met with an attitude so not even considering this as an option to recommend.

They are great people and try to help the best they can and will talk whenever anyone needs to
