I really hope that the person in charge of this service doesn’t end of being homeless one day or their family member in future. Because it’s so painful how people will be called you for help from what you receive for free but you ignoring them. This is the reason I pray that HASHEM make me a philanthropist, so I can really help those who are really in great need. Am Jewish but most Jewish are not supposed to be Jew. Reading people’s messages here is really heartbreaking.

Left messages multiple times for a month and nothing. Alot of places don’t help with my zipcode.I was calling for rent assistance. The least they could have done is called me back or something. You can never get ahold of anyone .

Amazing employees helping so many in many different ways! Wonderful walk through food pantry!!

Fake people with big smiles, not really here for their community when in need. If you need help with assistance try a church or 211. But they food pantry is good mostly to all who need them.

They have been helping me for a bit. Staff does not make you feel less than or uncomfortable. Everyone is SO nice. I am super grateful for JFS. You get to shop for items that you will use. Yes there are limits.
