This place is awesome and the workers treated my kids with snacks n fun

They have been helping me for a bit. Staff does not make you feel less than or uncomfortable. Everyone is SO nice. I am super grateful for JFS. You get to shop for items that you will use. Yes there are limits.

A life saving place. Great people with a good heart. They saved my family during the height of d pandemic.

Don't even attempt to schedule your kids here for counseling services. They will give you the run-around forever. Unprofessional, and the communication/response time is awful. You're better off going elsewhere. Edit: We were, allegedly, next on the waiting list for MONTHS. Funny, months later, (as they're supposedly "actively working to fill open positions")... still nothing. No communication at all. And this is after they already took copies of all of my personal info! Including demanding a photocopy of my divorce decree! And they still never followed up. At this point I wouldn't trust them with my kids, even if they DID call. That ship has sailed.
