Horrible, unprofessional, abusive and judgemental. It's odd that they're still in operation - psycho female at front desk should be locked up for the abuse. Disgusting. One star is too many

Heather koval is the best one she is friendly and helpful she help me a lot on crime victim service paperwork and other help relating that case and suggestions. never seen anybody such a helpful employee in my life. Me and my wife started sessions here because an Irving officer recommend it. Combine we had over 4 sessions. The Irving count orders me to continue these sessions but now this center is refusing to take us after we already started. They promised to get us information for other counseling but that was a week ago.

Excellent place for Irving residents to get free help in their time of need. Many resources available for families.

They are not very organized. The phones are not answered regularly, they forget the names of people or do not log in people who come there, give the run around and appear as though they have done nothing wrong, don't follow through on promises, give out false misleading information, hire interns who dont know what they are doing or telling the people who need counseling wrong information. Not very helpful and act like they are. Do not know how to do a referral to another source if they can't help with the counseling. The counseling is only short term and needs to be longer. Very unprofessional and seem at a lost as to what they are doing. A perfectly sane person needs Counseling after dealing with this wasteful expenditure of time place. One and a half hour intake and led no where but to more phone calls to get information they should have given me while there. Awful experience.
