IRC IS THE MOST DISHONEST AND DISRESPECTFUL ORGANIZATION IVE EVER BEEN TO. We came to America for about a month ago and we have been sleeping at a mousqe and no one from the IRC have been helping us with housing. We have called many many many many times but they ignore us and don’t answer. They say that they will call back in a few minutes, hours, or days but they NEVER call. I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD !!!

The customer service I have experienced has been the worst I have ever encountered. The staff demonstrate an alarming lack of care or concern for their customers' needs. I have been waiting for a response from them for such an extended period that, as a direct result of their negligence and inaction, I have literally found myself in a state of homelessness. Their indifference has had severe consequences for my well-being.

The employees here are not responsible. I keep calling but no body picks up and no body even replys to emails also. The operator an afghan is rude. If you didn't catch and ask say again please. She yells like female 🐕. I have applied for travel documents for my parents and my wife and paid their fee a month ago but since I don't know what us happening because they don't respond to calls and emails.
