It is disrespectful that people who apply as a family with children do not give them a card and sometimes they deny them help, I don't know why, knowing that coming to this country with only children is very hard and that help could solve thousands of problems, they work very hard. I don't know why the government chose them because they serve us very badly and they don't even ask questions, besides they don't work in the order in which it is applied, sometimes they give cards to people who have just arrived and my family has been here for a year and still nothing at all and if you call They do not answer you by phone and the emails do not return them, it is a terrible service

They mistreat people. One moves from Odessa to this place and receives only mistreatment and arrogance. They do not respect mothers with children, that is a tremendous mess, very bad service. People make appointments and that looks like a pasture with a cow.
