Have to give 1 star, or if give none. I went here bc their website mentioned something about showers. I'm not from this area, so i know NOTHING about any of their soup kitchens or food banks so i thought i would go here and if nothing else, get some damn info. Soon as I walked up I saw FIVE volunteers standing around talking near entrance so my first thought was it was gonna b great bc someone will help. So I walked up to the 5 of them & stood there patiently while they finished talking... but even after they saw me there, STARING AT THEM with an obvious question, they just ignored me. So I interrupted them & asked about showers. They looked@ me in disgust for interrupting, they said, "go to the front post" so I go there & guy asks me 4 my name.. which they obviously didn't have in their system, but he didn't ask that so I gave him name & asked about showers. He said "no, only if u stay here. Try salvation army"...Nothing else.. no other helpful tidbits or anything like usful info. So after starting at me for 10 seconds I finally get a little mad. I say" well then what's going on right now?" "Dinner @ 6" ...all he says, then turns back to talking to another volunteer. Horrible encounter.. and DUMB volunteers. I'm sorry, and I love volunteers and all they do but this was BAD. They shouldn't have been aloud out front. So 7 volunteers in all, standing around the front gate.. talking to each other, & NOT helping a DAMNn person. So if u need help, bypass this nonsense& I guess check out the local Sally!

New owners give us assigned bunks with blankets sheets and pillows and allow us to access it 24/7.
This place is also open 24/7 so if you work late like me I can still come in after work and have a warm place to sleep at night.
