After 2 weeks of trying to get thru the intake to no avail, the repeated phone not being able to get thru no matter how much one tries from the 9am, it's a miracle one gets help on this site!

Never thought I would be in this situation. The help that I received through ICS was a true blessing. Over and beyond what I expected. It seems like my prayers were answered by the angels in the Rincon office. I can't thank you enough. God bless all of you at ICS

I went to donate today and the lady there had her vehicle parked under the donation tent instead of the parking lot. I waited behind her car for 10 minutes before she popped her head out the door. I thought it was just someone before me donating so I was patiently waiting. She couldn’t even walk like 5 ft to my car since her car was in the way, I couldn’t even hear what she was telling me because she like refused to go out or something. I called before hand to see if I had to get out of my vehicle since I had a baby in the car and they told me over the phone that I did not. I moved around her car (large SUV) but there wouldn’t have been enough room for me to get out of my car so I had to park a bit outside of the tent. I got outside of my car grabbed some of the bags from my trunk and started walking towards the door when I saw her bringing a cart. I would’ve sworn she was a vampire and couldn’t touch the sun or something. I’m not lazy I do not mind getting out my car, I just didn’t want to take out my sleeping baby. It rubbed me the wrong way how everything played out and because of that I won’t donate at that location again. Even our brief conversation was odd, she said it was her vehicle, didn’t apologize, no thank you for the donation, just asked if I wanted the receipt. Maybe because the parking spaces where in the sun and she just wanted her car shaded or something but lady move your car so people can donate. I usually never write reviews but my fiancé said this is why customer service has gone down and people need to be accountable. Hopefully she’s just asked to be more considerate and welcoming.
