I'm sure the staff at this location is super knowledgeable and helpful; unfortunately, If I don't have enough staff they reject your request and if you try to request again later in the possibility that they have people to help you you're still getting rejected. So glad losing my home is not high priority.

I have no words to describe how great my experience with them was. I appreciate the help they are providing to the community. They worked with heart and professionalism.

I called the operator to ask some questions and the lady was short and pretty rude with me when I’m trying to find out information to help our family get our child back from her mother who has a history of violence and was deemed by the courts previously to be an unfit parent. Then we have to wait two weeks for a response when we have no idea what can happen in that timeframe. There was no understanding on this individuals part at all

Very rude and disrespectful the lady at the front desk lied about her name over the phone but knew I was on the way because I got there so fast I had to wait for her to get off the phone with the manager. She was scared and concerned that a MAN was on the way. She said her name was ANNA. The manager took up for her and I left. She told me to do whatever I feel is necessary.
