Police Chief needs to be fired and officer Cox brought up on charges. Scary this is allowed to happen. Disgrace to the badge, Humble deserves better.

The police chief lied about officer cox striking a person. He should be held accountable.

This agency has by far some of the best officers I've encountered! From resolving tense situations to patrolling all 3 shifts I see their hardships and they're sacrificers. I call the department because I had a worry about my future gaining employment with a police department. The officer that answered was courteous, and professional in presenting his answers as it is. I am grateful for the excellent Interaction I had!

I spoke to Amber and she was so helpful and pleasant. She was so helpful in telling me where my family members' car was impounded so that I was able to retrieve it before being charged astronomical fees over the weekend. I called back to inquire about a dog that may have been "involved" in the arrest, and she not only told me that there was a dog, but she also looked up the information for me to contact Animal Control in Humble. I've dealt with other police stations in the past and I just have to commend Amber for being so polite, helpful, and best of all, non-judgmental.
