Police Chief needs to be fired and officer Cox brought up on charges. Scary this is allowed to happen. Disgrace to the badge, Humble deserves better.

I found a purse and wanted to return it and they told me that I couldn't drop it off here because it wasn't in their jurisdiction? Great public service here
