The worst place you could ever live, run by the most corrupt management I have seen in over 40 years alive. The management and the majority of those who live on this property are EXTREMELY RACIST. This is the bottom of the toilet bowl. 75%+ of people living here just don't want to work and rather live off of your tax dollars. I was forced to live here for 2 years. I kept my yard clean, did everything I was asked, and left on good terms. If you are a church you need to go and find homeless people on the street to give to. These people are scamming you. I personally overheard conversations of neighbors talking about scamming local churches and how to get the churches to give them other free things they wanted. WHILE watching the same household take an entire day to move a 74 inch or better flat screen TV into their apartment. Took all day it took up all of the bed on a long bed pickup. Churches and charities will frequently drop by to drop off free things. The locals are all to happy to take what you're giving them and turn around and scam another church for something different. Some nice charity donated a basketball goal and other things while I was there and it was destroyed within 3 days. No one here cares what you give them. The racism is unprecedented. If you are not black you will have your car destroyed, by the local children and teenagers. The police will laugh at you because you live in the ghetto and do nothing. Management will do nothing. I personally witnessed a 9 and a 10 yr old boy wip it out and pee right in the street in front of my apartment. They do this regularly. The police respond with "Its 2017 no one watches their children". If you want to see the worlds future trash and criminals, take a drive through this place. They are all here. The cockroaches are so bad doesn't matter what they use or what you use. You wont get rid of them. They regularly visit while going house to house. The apartment management will give you no notice and do an illegal search of your property when you aren't home. Happened to me twice. So you live here or work with MHA you will have your rights violated and you will be crapped on by all of this community. This is a garbage dump. Go live in a homeless shelter. The standards are superior to this. Also during thanksgiving or other times of the year someone from management will hand out turkeys or whatever was donated by the local churches. Management will knock and run away from your door in hopes you don't answer so they can take the donated items home for themselves. I'm not kidding I had to chase the people down to get a flipping turkey that was given to them for me. After chasing management down ( found them on the other side of the apartments trying to leave with what looked like 10+ bags of turkeys and other items) I just flat out stopped accepting any help because I was overwhelmed with disgust. Please take your charity and give it to people who need it and people who aren't garbage. 75% or better of the people here are garbage.
