Constant issues with management, no support or direction. No care for staff from top down and very clear favoritism to kids who could be marketed. No action when shown problems and clear overreactions to certain people when similar issues popped up. Bottom line, this place is great on the surface, but very cleary a business and nothing more. Avoid and work for a place that cares for their employees and patients.

The program for teens in residential is extremely beneficial, and the staff are some of the most caring and overall best people there are.

It is a safe place for children who are medically fragile. They have nurses on staff 24/7 as well as nursing aids 24/7, a doctor is on call 24/7 also.

The audiology staff are so friendly and sweet, I had such a great experience taking my newborn for a hearing test. They were patient and always made sure I was comfortable.

My children are not afraid to visit their doctors for their well being, dentists, and even to take shots because the way the staff relate with them, it help them psychologically. Oh, the toys for kids, that’s one of their charming too.
