I find it interesting to see that most low scores are from people that say they attended but hated it. Holy Highway isn't meant to be fun, but life changing. I will be forever greatful for how my life was changed by my time spent here. Thank you to Sister Pam, Sister LC and staff.I was able to turn my life around and I have been living an amazing life I could have never imagined possible before, and it all started with meeting God for the first time at the Holy Highway. Thank you, ladies, for everything you continue to do.

This place needs to be shut down and it breaks my heart to know that there are still girls suffering from abuse at this institution. I was there in 1996 and it was the worst experience of my life. Be aware that when they say your child will go to school, "at their own pace" what they really mean is that they will pull your child out of school repeatedly to work on hard labor. When on hard labor they don't allow for you to speak, and you work outside from sun up to sun down.... Then there are the thousands of sentences you're forced to write, there is not time to catch up on schoolwork. While I was there I was fed expired food with insects in it regularly, not just once. I was denied water on 100+ degree Texas summer days while on hard labor. And worst of all I was constantly told that I was a sinful, horrible person who was lucky to be in the Holy Highway. Please, if your daughter needs help, take her to a qualified therapist, not to the Holy Highway. These people have not gone to school, they are not educated therapists with the credentials necessary to entrust your children to them. They will charge you the same amount of money or more than what it would cost to take your child to a licensed therapist who specializes in adolescent psychiatry. Find a real therapist who can help to solve the issues you're having instead of making it worse.

My name is Dakota Stinson, I attended Holy Highway in 2015. The program was not only forced down my throat but I also didn't get to speak to anyone for the two weeks that I was there. In the two weeks I was self harming because my depression was worse than ever. They didn't sensor the terrible letter my grandma sent me which proceeded for me to hang myself in their bathroom. So if you want to send your kid somewhere to learn how the real world is and to show them that you hate them and can never love them send them . Thanks
