Never return phones calls nor answer the phone

Can not get ANYONE to answer the phones. You have to leave a message. When you call one of the other numbers they instruct you to push 5 for English. Where you are forced to listen the instructions in Spanish too. After this long ordeal you still don't get any answers. They are supposed to HELP. I wish I never got involved with then because it has only led to NOTHING but aggravation and frustration. I NEED HELP and I am not getting it. They acted like they were going to help but won't responded after their initial response. This is cruel to someone seeking help they promised to give.

They do not call back even after u leave a voicemail.its run by people who do not understand hardship and being homeless and hungry.very uncompassionate.

Hard to get them to answer the phone but once you do they are a great company with helping out with clothing for you and your children thank you so much

They do not return phone calls. I left 3 messages last month trying to get assistance & was ignored, never heard a word from them. NOT recommended.
