We had a wonderful experience with HOA! We were actually signed up with an agency in Utah, but our baby girl was born in FL. This meant our Utah agency had to have a local agency there on the ground to coordinate everything. HOA was on top of the details from the moment they were asked to coordinate! We communicated primarily with Gabby, who is an absolute angel here on earth. Our baby was a stork drop, so you can imagine the emotional whirlwind we were in from the moment we received the call that changed our lives forever. Gabby was so kind, helpful, and took care of everything she possibly could while we loved on our little one. I cannot imagine walking this road with anyone else. We are preparing to adopt our second, and we plan to go with HOA from the beginning this time because of the wonderful experience we had with our first. If you are considering placing your baby for adoption or adopting a child in the future, I would highly recommend reaching out to Heart of Adoptions. You will feel at home with family from Day 1.

This agency lied to us and is trying to steal my baby. We were granted an “intervention,” through the courts. This gives bio parents the opportunity to choose who their child goes to through a private adoption. With having a pre planned adoption prior to signing up with them, they then denied the woman we had chosen for NO reason! Meredith and Natalie, the directors, wrote nasty emails threatening us with choosing a family from their agency, giving us an 8 hour Window to choose or they would pick on their behalf. No other options given to us. We paid them thousands and thousands of dollars, yes WE DID. Bio parents are to receive payments FROM the agencies, not us, we paid THEM. They have since stopped any and all visits with our daughter and we continue to wait for another court date in high hopes that the judge will see the fraud they have committed and give us our baby back. Adoption is not easy as it is and this company has made it even worse. They should be shut down. We will not stop until we have our daughter back and justice is served. Do not trust them
