Heart of Adoptions is an amazing organization. My partner and I have been on a very long journey and were connected to HOA through our original agency in New York. From the first interaction, everything was efficient and professional. The staff was incredibly responsive and once we actually got matched, Natalie - the social worker assigned was amazing. She was a strong advocate for the birth mom which is what we prioritized. She provided incredible advice and wisdom throughout the process and was attentive to our questions and concerns. She established a trusting relationship with the birth mom and us which was critical for the outcome we all desired. I could not speak more highly of the agency and the people whom they have entrusted to support what is a very emotional and selfless decision. We are forever indebted to HOA for making our desire to grow our family a reality.

I had the best experience with Heart of Adoption – the staff is warm and caring, they made me feel like I was apart of their family which is appreciated considering how emotional of an experience adoption can be. Unfortunately ding my time with Heart of Adoption, I experienced a disruption – in those moments, I felt extremely supported and taken care of, I wasn’t just a “client” to them, I was a part of their Heart of Adoption family. The kind gestures, words and thoughts didn’t go unnoticed. Thankfully shortly after the disruption, I was matched with a sweet baby and took placement shortly thereafter. Once again, and truly as always, I was given consistent updates and support throughout the process. After placement occurred, I was given support in ways I didn’t realize I needed. Adoption is an emotional roller coaster – from the first meeting with a potential agency throughout placement. Heart of Adoption jumped on many phone calls with me, respo0nded to emails quicker than I would have expected and held my hand throughout my journey. I truly am grateful for Heart of Adoption and their amazing staff who I now consider an extension of our family.
