UPDATE: FINALLY GET A HOLD OF HER, SAYS SHE'LL MAKE THE CHANGES. A WEEK LATER AND STILL NOTHING. I DID MY PART OVER 2 MONTHS AGO. HOW CAN I GET A NEW WORKER????? This place has to be the worst. You make the changes and nothing happens. You call finally reach your worker and she says I'll get to it when I get to it. Now I'm over the 30 days. I'm not sure what can be done at this point. I called this week, still no call back. I'm glad they can put food on their table because I can't at my home.

Extremely unhelpful case workers who believe the word of the defendant. They close the case after speaking to the defendant who denies being at fault. Why would an abuser admit to their abuse? Why would you believe the word of the person who is guilty? The most unprofessional behavior I have ever come across, absolutely shocking and devastating. They have no concern for mental health abuse and don’t care to investigate damaging environments.

Voice mail…full…supervisor especially Ms. Washington…never calls back. These workers act as if it’s their money! They’re one pay check away from needing help themselves. The commissioner really needs to do their job and evaluate the mental stability of these caseworks, are they involved in other acts that are criminal, and if an investigation needs to start with the supervisors! A bunch of women with a chip on their shoulder as if we care! This aid was put in place to help citizens who need it to LIVE. Living in America is already hard beyond a lot of other countries much less to go get help and the workers are b****!

This is the most horrible service i've ever had the displeasure of using. no ones seem to be remotely interested in my time and all I'm getting Name dropping Delores Peneko Who does not pick up their calls. i work in customer service and i know this is not the way to do business.

I have multiple sclerosis and get only minimum amount for social security $1,271 a month. Now they took my food stamps.. if I don't qualify then who the hell does? There not smart enough to catch the people with nothing wrong with them that just know what to say.
