I called Legal Aid to get help with tenant landlord issues. The individual I spoke to did not want to hear my side of the story. I was merely trying to tell her that the facts presented in the case are incorrect and that I do in fact have proof to back up what I was trying to tell her. She refused to help me and kept interrupting me while I was trying to tell her my side of the story. Then she finally asked my age. Because I'm not over the age of 60 they cannot help me even though I am disabled. I have come to the conclusion the State of Florida does not and will not help any individuals who are under the age of 60. Nor will they provide affordable housing to those under the age of 50. I was also rejected my rights to receive disability benefits in the state of Florida because the judge said I was too young to be disabled! Florida seems to be a very age discriminatory state and something needs to be done about this! I was also denied my right to reasonable accommodations from a Pinellas County Court Judge after I was already granted accommodations before. I'm deaf and hard of hearing with hearing aids and need a translator. I was told by this Judge to attain and pay for my own interpreter for my next hearing! What is wrong with you people!!!! And they wonder why I'm so bitter and get frustrated 😠 I didn't ask to have Meniere's Disease!!!!

This is an amazing team of folks who truly care about helping people. Robin, Sara, Jeff and Melody were on our case within minutes of talking to them. It was a dire situation for my little family, up against one of the biggest corporations in the world. And before 6pm the SAME day, Gulf Coast Legal had it resolved. I am astounded and so very grateful to them all. They are THE BEST at what they do!!

The attorney for this company is a joke margaret Pearce, didn't even know anything about a case and trys to use what she think is useful for her, they should honestly do more research before attending a motion. Wish I could give zero stars and a mic drop

I haven't been able to get anyone to return my phone calls for over a week. Left a message with a Tanya hard to understand you're to understand talk about doing something online thing online couldn't find that. She did say she would return the calls in message and it's been a week.

On April 4th, 2019, My fiance and I met with Robin Stover for a scheduled appointment, of Gulfcoast Legal Services. She showed us Professionalism and Hardwork, she worked day and night for 28 days. Robin helped us through one of the most terrifying times in are lives, the word "MOM" makes anyone work harder but, it is in Robins blood. Her Dedication and Knowledge was so helpful, she made me and my Mom very comfortable and showed us Strength. Through Robin Stover, I have my Mom home living with us and she is Safe and Happy!!
