After taking an assessment over the phone and traveling 1 hour I was denied once I got to there address. These people wouldn’t tell me why nor would they give me resources. I was respectful and honest.

This place is trash and if your educated and capable of earning a salary above 50 k a year they hate it. They will lie and say they help but really do nothing It's hard to advocate for ppl here. Bad service

If you have a foster kid under this agency I pray for you. Our case was transferred from DCFS to this horrible agency. They could care less about your foster child. If you like to be lied to, get the run around, pay out of pocket for services they claim to reimburse you for, which never happens, communicate through text only, and watch your foster child fail at the hands of the people that are supposed to be helping them, then this is your agency. I have gone as far as filing a complaint with their contracting agency and every manager I could think of and my foster advocacy so no family has to go through what we have been through with the lack of help. They will wash their hands of anything your child needs. states how concerned she is when it's review time with DCFS then does nothing about what her concerns are for the child. Your family and child will be just a number. didn't even do a travel check list and verify a family members residency and just sent my kid off to Florida with a lady that tried to keep the child and was sent back home with people she met on craigslist in return of me having to deprogram the child. Cancelled imperative visits with parents for child reunification all to send my kid kicking and screaming back to the parent. Called and e mailed DCFS Director Heidi Mueller to express how our kid was being treated. Not 1 response back. Nice. I was going to foster children after this but not anymore! Not with this experience with GA. I really hope DCFS finds a new agency to work with!
