Wonderful selection. They genuinely help the poor unlike greedy Goodwill. Very fair prices. This place was a godsend. Finances are super tight right now and this place helped to ease the stress and concern of wondering if I'd have to choose between food and clothing. PSA: There is a super friendly dog inside the store so if you have a dog allergy, be advised.

Mr. Elbert acts he's still lives in the streets. He use foul language including God's name in vain . Talked rated R subjects or gossiped about others around loungers. I found myself questioning his mental stability because of how outlandish he would act.

It’s an admirable concept of a mission helping those less fortunate or homeless. There is always at least 25 people lodging there at any given time so there is no reason why the place is always so dirty and nasty, bed bugs are the size of roaches. There seems to be no accountability for the so called dorm leaders, managers or whatever they are. If the health inspectors ever showed up I bet they’d shut the place down.

I have had to use this place twice unfortunately. The second time I went there which was the 25 of November. They gave me and my husband a difficult time and wasn't really wanting to help.i explained that i had just had back surgery that's why we were there. The ed was telli g us to get a form to fill out about budgeting. I appreciate the help but I dont need help with my money. I only needed them due to me being out of work for a month with my back surgery. I will not be using them again. I thought places with food donations were supposed to help the community when they needed help. All they gave me was salad and bread only two can good and a bag of beans.. I'm highly disappointed in them.

They have bed bugs. I tried to tell Christy but the only thing she cared about was me volunteering at The Thrift Store, and threatened to check me out. I also told some of the staff, but they didn’t care either. I was covered in bed bug bites, and still have the marks to prove it. I was pregnant at the time, and legally married as well. She never wanted to see my husband and I license, because she put on our enrollment application that We wasn’t. She also put on our enrollment application that We had family in Texas which We do not. My husband and I was told we couldn’t get a family room even though they had one. Etc. We are grateful that they took us in, but felt We could’ve been treated better.
