The ladies working at the center are very caring and professional. They offer hope and help to all people.

I am very disappointed that I called a non-profit organization to donate NEW BABY ITEMS of clothes, bouncers, and car seats to help a mom in need. I was questioned over the phone about the color, brand, etc to be told I'm sorry we are not going to accept items at this time😠 I called Springfield and they are very happy. I know several moms could use these items in the area. I wanted to give them away to an organization that wouldn't charge. I expected more from FWC with community help. I am very disappointed in the actions today.
