I am concerned about this Prosecutor given what I've read. My uncle was murdered and every time I call for an update, I'm told that they have no information on the case and that the person on the phone has no idea what I'm talking about. This case happened in a small town and is all over the news. You know exactly what I'm talking about. I've since learned that they do in fact know about the case. They just aren't willing to communicate with the murder victims' family. That's incredibly frustrating!

I can't speak about the PA himself, I can only share my experience with the person they have answering the phones. That experience was disappointing at best. I was calling about my cousin who was murdered in Franklin County. I was not expecting to speak with the PA. I wasn't expecting to get details on the case. I was expecting civil treatment. I was expecting compassion. I was expecting to be heard regarding my concerns over the murderer not being charged with murder; despite considerable evidence. What I received was a cold person appearing to be bothered about my phone call. Perhaps if she is too busy to be bother, or too jaded to be kind she should consider another place of employment and. Perhaps working for a public official is not the correct place for her.

I'd give 5 stars except the victim advocate is required for all communications with Mr. Becker...and she is so nice in the meetings while very unprofessional otherwise. Over a month of games trying to make an appointment with Mr. Becker and I'm completely in the dark while a last minute court hearing is currently going on. Mr. Becker is very professional. He understands that victims have legitimate fears and concerns...he does his best to keep people safe and heard. He takes the time and patience required for the job.
